Tackling Loneliness Together

Loneliness and isolation in the older community is a serious issue in the UK that can cause ill health both mental and physical.  Our aim is to help reduce the risk of isolation by providing a service of warmth, friendship and support through our one to one befriending service and activity sessions.  ​
